(Data maintained in local Database, NexGen Computer Maintenance System, and USACE's BUILDER Data Application Provides advisement on Mechanical related Preventive Maintenance to include review of Air Force Preventive Maintenance Task Lists (AF-PMTLS) for proper maintenance, and advisement on appropriate frequencies of tasks. Monitors operations contractor's preventive maintenance program and recommend optimal and cost-effective maintenance scheduling and execution to the Government FAS. Reviews of existing project opportunities to advise on moving forward, modifying, and advocating completion of these requirements.
