Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling (Sprout Social), monitoring, and reporting. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp. Update and maintain multiple company websites (WordPress). Edit and produce video content for internal office displays and external communication platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements. Event Planning & Sponsorship Activation Plan, coordinate, and execute athletic sponsorship activations with Indiana University and Butler University. Manage corporate mascot appearances, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination. Attend and support after-hours and weekend events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and brand representation. Coordinate with external partners and vendors for event-related logistics. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across digital channels (social media, email, website, events).
