The Loss Analysis Specialist, performs detailed reviews on the servicing file, after claims recoveries have completed, in order to determine losses and root causes, submit chargebacks to departments and vendors for avoidable losses, clear out appropriate balances on the loan and close the REO Workstation down.
* Performs a detailed review of the servicing file from date of default to final claim payment
* Reviews claim to determine if a supplemental claim is needed
* Performs a root cause analysis of the servicing file from date of default through final close out to ensure all regulatory and contractual requirements are adhered to
* Submits RCA (root cause analysis) chargebacks to vendors and departments as appropriate for avoidable losses incurred, providing detailed backup and answering any follow-up questions the business line may have
* Identifies contractual versus non-contractual loss; type of loss; and reconciliation of final accounting
* Sends requests and documents system to clear balances and close down REO Workstation
* Identifies missed steps, or steps outside the review and reporting process and flags in Director
* Assist in training new team members

About the Role
The Surveillance Officer contributes to an environment of collaboration in which Surveillance supports partner departments in providing outstanding service to all guests. Providing both customers and employees with a fair, safe and secure gaming experience by creating accountability to company policies and procedures as well as appropriate laws and regulations
Responsibilities
Operate various closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor and review sportsbook activities, archive audio and video evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions
Proactively monitor sportsbook areas and personnel including, but not limited to, Cage, Soft Count, Kiosks, Sports Bar to promote accountability with policies and procedures, identify suspicious activity, and deter fraud and theft
Proactively observe and review video then complete required documentation regarding specific incidents including but not limited to guest complaints, procedure errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, theft, and variances
Maintain and improve knowledge of sportsbook rules, company policies, procedures and threats in all areas which Surveillance is responsible for monitoring through training and professional development
Cooperate with the local Gaming Authority and coordinate with and/or assist other law enforcement agencies as necessary. Testify in court as a representative for the company as necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality of Surveillance operations and any non-public information learned as an employee
Identify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data through various software applications and investigating anomalies
Collaborate with leadership to maximize guest experience

Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $14.23 to $22.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. General Medical Requirements: As determined by OPM the duties of this position require moderate to arduous physical exertion involving walking and standing, use of firearms, and exposure to inclement weather. Manual dexterity with comparatively free motion of fingers, wrist, elbows, shoulders, hips and knee joints is required. Arms, hands, legs and feet must function sufficiently in order for applicants to perform the duties satisfactorily.

* Recruitment Incentive: Applicants may be eligible for a $40,000 recruitment incentive in accordance with regulatory requirements. The first installment of $15,000 will be paid following successful completion of Secret Service Criminal Investigator training. A second installment of $10,000 will be paid following one year of service post training and an acceptable performance rating. The final installment of $15,000 will be paid after a third year of service post training and an acceptable performance rating. Provision of these payments require the execution of a three-year Continued Service Agreement (CSA) with the agency. Newly hired employees who resign from the USSS prior to the expiration of the CSA will be required to repay the recruitment incentive. (NOTE: Eligibility is limited to "Newly appointed" Federal employees as defined by 5 CFR 575.102).
Applicants selected for this position will be required to sign a CSA before being assigned to an initial training class. The CSA will commit the applicant to a specified period of employment with the Secret Service upon the successful completion of training.
Applicants will be required to travel to all phases of the hiring process at their own expense. If a final job offer is extended, relocation expenses will not be authorized for first duty location.

Job Summary:

Position Overview:

The Cleared Armed Security Officer will maintain standards of Armed Security Officer competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, including compliance with PGI and the Client's Code of Conduct and Uniform Policy

Complete and maintain pre-assignment, client, State, and PGI sustainment training as directed.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or GED.

This full-time position involves driving a security patrol vehicle to multiple sites during the day, conducting site inspections, and providing high-quality written reports based on your findings. Responsibilities:
Patrol & Site Inspections:
Operate a security patrol vehicle to visit multiple sites during the day
Conduct thorough inspections of properties, monitoring for signs of suspicious activity, safety hazards, or property damage
Ensure all security protocols are followed, including monitoring for security breaches or violations
Documentation:
Document findings (or lack thereof) clearly and accurately in written reports
Submit detailed, timely reports to management about conditions at the sites visited
Keep track of daily patrol activities, site conditions, and any unusual occurrences
Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members
Report any security concerns or incidents immediately to management or law enforcement if necessary
Firearm Qualifications:
Must have an Armed Guard License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Must qualify at the range and show proficiency with a firearm, achieving a minimum score of 90% on the shooting qualification
Qualifications & Requirements:
Armed Guard License (Must obtain within 30 days of hire)
Must be 25 years or older due to insurance requirements
Clean driving record with no traffic violations or infractions in the last 5 years
Provide a Certified MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) to show license status and traffic violations within the past 5 years
2 years of experience as an overnight or daytime security patrol officer, ideally with experience operating a motor vehicle
GED or High School diploma required
Strong written communication skills to accurately document inspections and reports
Ability to qualify at the range with a passing score of 90%

Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Global Security Officers provide a professional level of customer service and security presence. A Security officer will proactively patrol Mayo Clinic property and security sensitive areas. They will frequently be walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pulling, climbing, reaching, pushing, and occasionally running; is able to move quickly up and down stairwells, from the ground floor up to the top floor of each building without assistance; assists patients, volunteers, visitors, and staff with emergency evacuations, including evacuations in stairwells, to include handling emergency evacuation devices used to transport patients and others to safety; makes effective decisions as an emergency first responder, is confident in stressful situations, and works as a team member with other emergency responders, including law enforcement and fire/rescue personnel. Qualifications

Maintains a professional appearance at all times per organizational and department standards. Can restrain potentially violent individuals; demonstrated ability to remain calm and assume control of emergency situations.
Staff must participate in routine and ongoing training and development programs as required by the organization or department.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Mayo Clinic Policy; must obtain certification from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) as a Healthcare Security Officer within 6 months. Must obtain certification in AVADE and basic CPR/AED within 6 months of hire.
