Job Summary
The Sr Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the promotion and sale of Optimum products and services. Utilizes expert knowledge of Optimum products and services and mastery of sales processes to consistently maximize the growth & development of new and tenured Optimum Sales Professionals. The Sr Direct Sales Representative role is focused on achieving individual targets, allocating time to field training, coaching, and support to assigned Optimum Sales Professionals and to assist in their ramp to competency and progression toward reaching OSP2 level. This senior level sales professional will promote and maintain a performance-based culture, where sales professionals are inspired to deliver a superior customer experience while acting as a mentor to foster employee professional development.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates expert knowledge of Optimum products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking on every door assigned
Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for all products and services
Drive sales and build strong customer relationships, and mentoring and coaching frontline sales to help them achieve their utmost potential

Summary:

Performs nutritional assessment and provides nutritional education for Senior CommUnity Care participants requiring interventions. Coordinates serving of meals; monitors/coordinates kitchen facilities to ensure standards are met. Coordinates with contracted meal services to ensure meals meet the needs of the Senior CommUnity Care participants. Provides education to other health care professionals as appropriate. Provides direction and supervision to Dietary Aide.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree from an accredited college with major studies in food and nutrition or dietetics required. Licensed in the state as a Dietitian. Registered Dietitian Certification required.
Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population required.
Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.

Responsibilities:
The IOP Clinician is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. The IOP Clinician will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. The IOP Clinician will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. This Clinician will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The IOP Clinician has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

Responsibilities
The Medical Director provides 24-hour management of the Medical and Psychiatric Services of the facility. Reporting to the Chief Medical Director, the Medical Director provides effective leadership to staff, has knowledge of Advanced Recovery Systems programs and directs all medical activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations and other indicated regulatory and accrediting organizations and agencies. Assists the COM and the Executive Director of the facility in the development and maintenance of written objectives, policies, a procedure manual, an organization plan and a quality assurance program for medical services, and review of all medical policies and procedures at least annually. Documentation shall be shared with the facility's medical staff; the director of nursing serves and other appropriate medical staff on an ongoing basis or as revisions are made.
In conjunction with the CMO, Executive Director and the governing authority of the substance use disorders treatment facility, plan, and budget for medical services.
Support medical staff for success with medical department metrics including, but not limited to Expense Management, Compliance Quantity (includes items such as but not limited to timely completion of records, PDMP, EKG, MAT acceptance), Compliance Quality (Quality of documentation of medical records), Completion % treatment stay, and Outcomes/ Readmission rates.
Completes and is proficient using the electronic health record with all required documentation. ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulation, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria. These records will be completed and authenticated in a timely manner per policy. This includes but is not limited to the following electronic record documents: Psychiatric Evaluation and/or Admission History and Physical Evaluation, Medical Progress Notes, Discharge Summary, and Orders.
Review any physical examination reports and medical screening results conducted off-site of a client for the preadmissions process or for other medical concerns, in order to ensure that the client's medical needs are considered and addressed in the development of the treatment plan and throughout treatment.
Develops and Implements plans for Performance Improvement as need.
Understands and communicates the On-Call responsibilities; will provide contact and back-up numbers, being responsive and available not only when assigned on-call duties, but as backup when medical provider/Medical Director on-call is unavailable. When on call, will be within one hour of facility in case an emergency that requires going to facility.

Responsibilities
The Line Cook is responsible for assisting with meal and food preparation, regulation compliance (reporting), and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by Food Service Director.
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
Core Job Duties:
Responsible for orderly storage and cleanliness of all areas and items within the kitchen, dining room, and other food storage, meal service, and refuse disposal areas.
Checks and completes temperature charts for refrigerators, and freezers on a daily basis.
Correctly and appropriately utilizes approved cleaning agents within all food preparation, storage and refuse disposal areas.
Responsible for removal of trash and refuse from kitchen, dining room and food storage areas
Utilizes appropriate care and safety in usage of meat slicer and other kitchen equipment.
Inventories food service items and supplies as directed
Other Required Tasks:
Conducts work activities in a safe and orderly manner.
Willingness to work for the best interests of the facility.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Reports any changes in personal health status to supervisor as soon as he or she becomes aware of them.
Takes responsibility for own professional growth and development.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Shift: 10am to 6:30PM is the shift. Weekend Availability is a must. All other days are flexible.

- Discharge Summary (72 hours)
Uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
Assesses patient for substance use disorders, risk to self or others and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare patient for maintaining successful recovery.
Provides caseload management as per state requirements.
Participates in crisis intervention with patients as needed.
Participates with multidisciplinary teams such as Financial Case Managers to provide appropriate aftercare planning and securing resources.
Completes documentation daily to meet metrics of 92% completion within compliance.
Other Required Tasks:
Attend Daily Flash Meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director.
Maintains positive relationships with all staff.
Participates in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews.
Maintains healthy boundaries with patients and staff.
Asks for and accepts feedback from supervisors.
Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.
Communicates significant patient developments to supervisor.
Participates in Quality Improvement activities and contributes to the success of the organization.
Pursues professional development through participation in education and training programs.
Contributes positively to the morale of other staff members.
Performs other tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
Credentials:
Independently Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health related field.
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
Licensed PhD/PsyD
CPR and BFA Certification required.
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health field required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills.
Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws.
Knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records utilizing HeatherAI.
Proficient in documenting medical standards per ASAM and Locus criteria.

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Urbana, Illinois. Required Qualifications:
One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications:
ACLS or PALS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
A Registered Respiratory Therapist provides advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary disorders and critical illnesses. They independently assess, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including those in intensive care units and emergency situations. RRTs work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver life-saving therapies and patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans
Examine and interview patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders
Perform diagnostic tests, such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples
Treat patients through various methods including chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications
Set up and monitor equipment to ensure the patient is receiving the correct amount of oxygen at the correct rate
Observe and record patient status and progress
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care
Educate patients and/or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of RRT practice
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate
