Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation
: The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.
Communication:
Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.
Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.
Pro-active and process driven.
Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.
Proven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with management to identify, develop, and implement process compliance and improvements.
Able to be flexible and adapt to different work groups, work styles, and work environments.
Ability to develop creative solutions to problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large groups.
Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.

Travel 75% plus in field operations.

Job Description
The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The General Service Technician is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while ensuring that guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.
Pay Range is $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Monro standards of operation.
Tire Services - perform wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation and TPMS service and repair.
Vehicle Services - perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g.: bulb, wiper blade and filter replacements, etc.), battery testing and installations.
Consistently complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs.
Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro's safety standards including but not limited to Monro's Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures.
Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro's Road Test policy, including consistently utilizing our dedicated test drive routes, while observing all local traffic and safety laws.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.
Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned and required.

About the Role:
Pay Based on Experience
The Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
Consistently complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs; Audit courtesy inspections performed by the General Service Technicians
Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro's safety standards including but not limited to Monro's Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures
Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro's Road Test policy, including consistently utilizing our dedicated test drive routes, while maintaining all local traffic and safety laws
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.
Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer's vehicles to conduct test drives.
Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.

General Description: As an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by making meaningful connections with guests, while delivering outstanding service.

The Automotive Tire & Service Advisor is responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning guests.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Drive sales and profitability for the store location by selling tires and recommended automotive services by communicating benefits and product features appropriately Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs Communicate all advertising and promotion of products and services Take responsibility for guest interactions from the initial experience through completed service including checking in, scheduling appointment, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out Contribute to promotional merchandising and special events Effectively communicate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests Utilize tools provided to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines Assist Service Manager in communicating information about guest vehicles, as needed Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Qualifications: Previous Automotive Guest Service experience Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years of age No relocation is being offered for this position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.
