What Will Your Job Look Like? The Mobility Assessment Evaluator On-Call (MAE) will be called in to cover shifts when a full-time MAE is out of the office. The Mobility Assessment Evaluator On-Call (MAE) is responsible for reviewing ADA paratransit application materials, supplemental intake and professional verification forms, conducting in-person interviews for applicants, and performing functional assessments with applicants to determine eligibility for ADA paratransit service. The Mobility Assessment Evaluator On-Call (MAE) is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and providing final eligibility determinations to the Client.
This position will sit at the MTS Transit ADA Assessment location at 100 16th St. San Diego, CA 92101 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.
What You'll Do:
* Determines final eligibility based upon the application, interview, functional assessment and any supplemental information
* Conduct in-person interviews to assess mobility capabilities and review any supplemental information provided

Management and professional development of the regional finance staff

Facilitates closing of lost business to ensure contract compliance, security of assets, and comprehensive review of all accounting procedures
Manages the control of regional assets, including the capital expenditure process, change funds, inventory, and equipment
Monitors working capital requirements, with a particular focus on the administration of accounts receivable and their collection
Evaluation of potential investments for new business, retention events, acquisitions, and/or divestitures
Engages with other regional directors to identify and promote sharing of best practices
Analyzing and evaluating potential investments, acquisitions, or divestitures as they relate to the business unit's financial objectives
Develop proformas and scenario analyses that drive clarity in Executive decision-making
Support, drive, and leverage technology enhancements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Develops, delivers, and drives solutions to overcome business challenges to consistently achieve financial commitments

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6-8 years financial planning and analysis experience. Master's degree and/or CPA are preferable, but not required
A minimum of 2 years experience managing a finance team
Strong trend analysis skills, who can proactively identify issues and make recommendations
Strong conceptual skills (such as probability and statistical inference)
Strong management experience with outstanding leadership skills. Ability to effectively hire and develop a team of finance professionals
Must have good knowledge of applicable statutes, laws, rules, and regulations, including multi-state property and sales tax concepts

Compensation

Responsible for communication with both PACE and community-based providers in regard to medication orders, clarifications, and pharmacy recommendations. Also responsible for communication between pharmacy and prescriber.
Responsible for attendance and participation in IDT.
Responsible for coordinating with local pharmacies to obtain urgent medications that are not available through on-site dispensing. Coordination involves transmission of medication order, demographics, and insurance billing information.
Responsible for inventory and maintenance of on-site medication stock as provided through pharmacy. Also responsible for equipment and computer maintenance and reporting functions.
Responsible for obtaining signed prescriptions for required controlled substances and delivery of those signed prescriptions to the dispensing pharmacy.
Responsible for entering all medication orders for new enrollments, setting up pharmacy cycle, delivery system, assistive systems if needed, linking diagnosis information to medications (through H&P), and verifying all information in writing with participant's primary care provider. Also responsible for coordinating medications for dis-enrolling participants to provide needed medications for a period of twenty-eight (28) days after leaving program.
Responsible for communication with participant and/or family as needed or required.
Alternative Medication Delivery Systems: Responsible for filling alternative medication delivery systems (MRB, Med-E-Lert, etc.) in accordance with medication orders and organizational policies/ procedures.
Responsible for in-house monitoring of participant INR values, dose adjustment, and dispensing of Coumadin for participants, under the direction and supervision of Medication Manager.
Responsible for making medication changes to currently filled delivery systems in accordance with medication orders and organizational policies/ procedures.
Responsible for coordinating delivery of medications from pharmacy to participant either through direct carrier shipping or delivery through or from PACE center.
Responsible for restocking and inventory control of ATM machines at the direction of contracted pharmacy. Also responsible for conducting periodic inventory audit as needed or required.

The EDI Systems Analyst II will be accountable for guiding the actions of EDI experts by working closely with business units to analyze processes, analyze the business needs, and to provide solutions.
