This $30M healthcare infrastructure project includes switchgear replacement, electrical shutdowns, power turnovers, system startups, and ongoing coordination with hospital operations.
Manage all phases of a major electrical infrastructure upgrade, including switchgear replacement and complex power distribution work.

Position Description:
Execute insurance placement process for clients' projects of various magnitude and complexity. Lead team of insurance
professionals to facilitate placement of clients' insurance programs. Provide advisory services and serve as senior trusted subject

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as senior advisor and trusted subject matter expert to clients for insurance matters in compliance with owners'
contracts including guidance on inquiries, problems, and requests.
* Advise client leadership and participate in contract reviews on insurance programs to enhance and implement coverage and
risk management practices.
* Apply consultative approach to manage client insurance programs and oversee project specific placement, management of
active programs, and termination of such programs, including associated costs.
* Manage communications to deliver and resolve sensitive and confidential client insurance matters and information with
clients and stakeholders.
* Manage each line of commercial insurance relevant to clients including but not limited to, Commercial General, Liability,
Builders Risk, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability, Contractor's Pollution Liability, Commercial Automobile
Liability, Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP"), Owner Controlled Insurance Program ("OCIP").
* In collaboration with TSIB Project Risk team, analyze, review, and approve standard contract insurance placement; present
analysis and make recommendations to client.
* Collaborate with clients' business development teams to maximize insurance placements for optimal coverage.
* Collaborate with Director, Insurance Project Risk and internal resources to strategize and present insurance solutions for
large, complex, and/or atypical projects not included with client's standard programs.
* Contribute to and develop insurance policies and procedures for contracts related to risk management.
* Review, evaluate, and amend insurance contract language to align client's insurance protocols.
* In partnership with client, review, evaluate and draft responses of insurance sections of Request for Proposal/Quotes (RFPs,
RFQs), and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
* Demonstrate consistent lean leadership; evaluate processes for continuous improvement opportunities to increase
responsiveness to business needs and increase consistency and efficiency within team; establish and share best practices
across team.
* Leverage historical data from prior projects to identify risk factors and create impact analysis summaries to assist client with
project tracking and premium projections.
* Develop new and/or leverage existing training materials to provide thorough knowledge of relevant insurance information to
various stakeholders.
* Participate in industry events, represent company, and influence standards within industry.
* Mentor and manage team and oversee respective tasks and deliverables.
* Participate in hiring process, onboard and deliver timely performance feedback for direct reports, execute/contribute to
performance appraisals during annual performance cycle, utilize talent management systems, and identify appropriate
training to help with development needs.

* Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of insurance or business-related experience required with Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree

Responsibilities
Perform structural engineering analysis and design for bridge and transportation-related structures, with additional exposure to building structures including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems
Primary duties will be related bridge structural design and inspection, but seeking versatile engineer with broad structural engineering interests, including building structures
Assist in site investigations to document existing conditions
Perform site inspections for work engineered by our office
Complete and review design calculations; assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications
Provide responses and solutions to issues during the construction administration phase of projects
Coordinate work product with other in-house engineering staff and architects
Contribute to projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale infrastructure and new construction
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
3-5 years of related experience
EIT preferred
Understanding and application of code requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in using various civil/analysis software
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
AutoCAD experience a requirement, Revit experience a plus
