About the role The Employment Brand Design Specialist is responsible for designing the methods, story, and tools that bring MyEyeDr.'s people programs and employer brand to life. Description About the role MyEyeDr is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Project Specialist to join our IT Implementation team. This critical role focuses on ensuring seamless IT operations and driving IT special projects, supporting both our growing network of optometry practices and our home office initiatives. As a MyEyeDr. Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) you will analyze prescriptions to make recommendations that provide the highest quality vision care to our patients. Additionally, the LDO fits, measures, and adjusts eyeglasses to exceed the patients' needs and expectations as well as problem solves any difficulty a patient may experience regarding vision care. The LDO is responsible to provide oversight on all prescriptions throughout the office. You Will Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and assisting the patient's needs Guide and assist patients in the eyewear and frame/lens selection process, by using extensive knowledge of product lines and options to educate patient Converse with patients to analyze and assess patient's vision problems and needs Provide oversight on all prescriptions throughout the office Maximize sales by using the company's best, better, good sales concept, maximizing key areas such as promotions, product of choice, Anti-Reflective coating, poly, warranties, 2nd pairs and backup eyeglasses, etc. Maximize insurance plans for patients and provide patients with comprehensive explanation of their insurance benefits Understand the company's cost of goods and retail fee schedules. About the role The Senior Compensation Manager will play a strategic role in shaping compensation programs that directly support both our Field and Clinical/Doctor teams. About the role The Senior Compensation Manager will play a strategic role in shaping compensation programs that directly support both our Field and Clinical/Doctor teams. This role requires strong critical thinking, independent decision-making, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation. This position will be a consultative and highly visible partner to our HR Business Partners and Clinical Operations leaders. Partnering closely with the HR Operations team, Finance and Payroll partners, this role will drive compensation management and administer core systems to enable talent retention and engagement, use advanced analytics to deliver insights in compensation administration program development, and conduct comprehensive market research to ensure competitiveness of MyEyeDr.'s compensation packages, including supporting incentive and bonus processes tied to performance. As the Sr. Compensation Manager, you will help oversee MyEyeDr.'s compensation programs, including incentive programs, evaluating jobs and levels, managing our base pay programs, and overseeing merit processes in conjunction with other team members. You will work closely with our internal business partners to assist in developing competitive pay strategies, pricing those plans, and monitoring effectiveness. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards and is a hybrid role based out of MyEyeDr.'s Home Office in Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
