ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
1. Work involves the cleaning and routine maintenance in an assigned building or buildings, including shelters and public washroom facilities.
2. Possess and perform high quality custodial practices to complete daily, weekly and monthly cleanings tasks (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, and vacuuming) at various facilities in restrooms, locker rooms, offices, activity and common spaces as assigned.
3. Adheres to generally accepted industry standards when working with chemicals and equipment while cleaning and attending to the neatness and sanitation of buildings and equipment.

Under the general supervision of the Superintendent of Recreation, the Facilities and Aquatics Manager oversees the delivery of services for the District's aquatic facilities and programs including but not limited to Centennial Beach, Splash Pads, Ice Rinks, indoor swim lessons, conditioning, water polo and winter activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, organize, and manage facilities and programs subject to the needs and interests of the community, and in support of the District's mission, vision, and core values.
Coordinate with the Trades division on the mechanical operations of the Centennial Beach facility. Work closely with the department to assure safe and productive operations of pumps, filters, chemical feeders, and other related equipment.
Coordinate with the Parks Department and Custodial Division on the general maintenance and aesthetics of Centennial Beach facility and grounds and other facilities.
Provide leadership to staff. Manage work, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, disciplining, training, and developing, reviewing performance, and administering performance improvement plans for staff. Approve and sign off on biweekly payroll.
Create and implement a comprehensive operations and staffing plan for Centennial Beach and related facilities.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Early Childhood Services, the Lead Teacher for the Tiny Twos Preschool class is responsible for planning and implementing daily curriculum and activities as well as classroom management. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Cultural Arts, we are seeking an organized, dedicated, and enthusiastic Stage Manager to join our team. As the Stage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our theatrical production. You will be the central point of communication between the director, cast, crew, and production team, coordinating all aspects of the production process from pre-rehearsal planning through to the final performance. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed rehearsal schedules and production timelines, ensuring that every member of the team is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines and hold them to it. You will spearhead volunteer communication to ensure set creation and performance day positions are covered. You will organize and manage all rehearsal materials, including scripts, props, and set pieces, and will be responsible for the smooth running of rehearsals and performances. You will be in charge of keeping the Google Drive for participants up to date with all needed materials. During performances, you will be responsible for calling cues and managing the backstage area, ensuring that all technical and logistical elements are executed flawlessly. Additionally, in conjunction with other theatre staff, will assist with coordinating tech rehearsals and performances. Perform other duties as assigned. This is an at-will position.
HOURS:
* Auditions will be held in the evening on January 12 and January 14, 2026 from 4-8pm
* Callbacks are on January 15, 2026 from approx. 4-8pm
* Rehearsals take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm, January 21 to April 15, 2026, with a production meeting occurring once per week on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for 30-60 minutes prior to rehearsal
* Tech week is April 20-22 from 4-9pm
* Performances will be Thursday, April 23 through Sunday, April 26 with show times at:
* April 23 & 24 at 7pm
* April 25 & 26 at 1pm and 5pm
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:
* The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detailed individual who loves musical theatre, has a passion for the arts, and wants to share their enthusiasm with others, especially children.
* Previous experience in stage management, preferably in a theatre setting.
* General knowledge of technical theatre, including lighting, sound, and set design.
* Some college coursework and/or other related training and/or experience is preferred.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail is essential.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and facilitation skills with effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
* Previous experience interacting with children is required.
