**General Summary:**
General Summary
This National Broker Manager is responsible for leading a team of Regional Broker Managers to drive the growth of broker influenced sales in assigned regions. + Lead Regional Broker Managers (RBMs) for the assigned region. Train and develop RBMs in to highly effective sales professionals.
