A network support analyst is an IT professional who installs, designs, and maintains an organization's computer networks. These individuals design, analyze, and provide technical support for local and wide area networks, evaluate current technologies, and offer recommendations for IT and network upgrades and repairs. These professionals also monitor the performance of computer networks and systems and help network managers organize and implement network security protocols and procedures.
