Vice President, Architecture for Contact Center Build Strategy, Enterprise Contact Center

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
15+ years of proven experience in an architecture or engineering role with 7+ years of experience as a lead solution architect and technology leader in large enterprise contact centers.
You have in-depth experience analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end contact center solutions, and developing technology roadmaps.
You have deep knowledge of telephony, interexchange carrier (IXC) systems, and intelligent cloud-based edge networking capabilities that provide toll free calling services to large enterprise contact centers with resilient cloud infrastructure.
You have deep knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Nice CXone, CCaaS solutions, Infrastructure as Code and related tools, and CRM systems.
You have experience implementing and optimizing omnichannel strategies including voice, chat, SMS, and email to enhance customer engagement.
You have modernization experience for contact center self-service experiences (IVR to IVA), and intelligent contact routing across channels and services.
You have technical integration experience to ensure end-to-end contact center capabilities are deployed seamlessly throughout the customer and agent experience including infrastructure, channels and services, self-service, intelligent routing, agent desktop and agent assistance, workforce engagement as well as new emerging capabilities.
You are able to provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure architecture deliverables enable a successful deployment solution.
You are an experienced architect designing and supporting enterprise level infrastructure using public cloud technologies with Amazon, Google, and/or Azure.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-285,000 USD per year.

Upload all pre-closing and final loan files to iDentifi and ensure complete electronic documentation.
Documentation & Compliance

Job Summary
We are seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for those seeking flexible, gig-based work to supplement their income with a few hours per week. Responsible for working with Bellwether members to finalize the details of their approved consumer loan, collecting outstanding stipulation documentation, preparing loan documents for closing and ensuring the final loan package meets required standards. Will also be responsible for funding the loan to the core system and delivering the proceeds of the loan. They will organize the loan file and submit to Quality Control within established timeframes.
Responsible for working the Home Equity Line of Credit Pipeline by ordering and tracking supporting documentation, sending notices, disclosure and application packages to the borrower, ensuring all loans are compliant and documentation is complete, creating the closing documents, scheduling closings with the members to finalize the loan as well as funding and disbursing the loans. Will record HELOC mortgages and supporting riders with the registry of deeds. Will organize the loan file and submit to Quality Control within established timeframes.
Responsible for processing and funding the indirect mobile home loans. Will verify that all documents contained within the closed loan package meet required loan standards. Work with the seller to collect outstanding items. Set up loan within servicing and core systems. Will send out welcome package, organize loan file and submit to Quality Control within established timeframes.
Will set up and process adverse action letters within required time frame.
Will process withdrawn, declined and approved loans that are HMDA reportable in a compliant manner.
Responsible for inputting loan applications into lending software, including indirect autos and mobile homes.
Responsible for answering written and electronic credit disputes in compliance with FCRA.
Assist Indirect Processor with funding indirect auto loan packages from dealerships within the Credit Union's established time frames. Verify all documents contained within the loan packages for accuracy and that they meet required standards. Communicate with the dealers any missing documents and funding problems which must be resolved prior to funding. Organize loan file and submit to Quality Control within established timeframes.
Must have a thorough understanding of consumer loan policies and procedures. Understands and complies with all applicable regulations.
Occasionally assist in performing administrative tasks within the department. Including, but not limited to, loan filing, gathering and preparing loan data for audits and reporting purposes, obtaining payoffs and title processing.

Position Summary:

Qualifications
Have a thorough knowledge of first mortgage real estate lending practices, including federal regulatory requirements, state regulations, and agency requirements. Be familiar with all federal and state regulations governing Credit Union mortgage lending.
Have a thorough working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and New Hampshire Housing; and other special loan/grant programs; and the necessary documentation for processing and obtaining underwriting approval.
Obtain all information necessary from borrowers and other third-party resources to process loans and obtain underwriting approval as needed.
Set up files on system, order credit reports, appraisals, and necessary verification forms and conduct follow up with outside sources for outstanding documentation.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work and progress utilizing DORNs systems and processes.
Employee Surveys: To gather feedback on impact of services delivered
Reporting: Communicate with client site teams and DORN management to support injury prevention initiatives weekly and based upon service, monthly.
Candidate Traits & Qualifications
Education: Certificate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant field. Additional continuing education is beneficial.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in injury prevention or in your specialty field, preferably in an industrial setting, with a strong background in hands-on therapy and coaching in body mechanics. Interest in or experience in ergonomics is desired but not required.
Problem Solver: Ability to identify and address issues effectively, providing solutions both in-person and remotely.
Technology: Technology savvy to utilize DORNs reporting systems and infield technology when required.

Exceptional Communication: Your ability to convey insights clearly and effectively and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements
State Licensure: We value candidates with credentials including but not limited to: Athletic Trainer (AT), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

Documentation Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with detailed reporting.
Professional Liability Insurance: Active coverage will be required upon hire.
