- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001"
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
- Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments
The compensation for this position ranges between an average of $55,000 to $86,000 per year depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code
- Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals - Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred
