Major Areas of Responsibility:

· Responsible for accurate processing and tracking of WOs through production management tool. Ensure team is adhering to production schedule, and support priority changes through quick program and tool changes as needed.
· Oversee the processing of materials identified for washing through the ultra-sonic wash bay as needed.
· Enforce safety policies and procedures, (both in-house and regulatory), to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job, everyone is a safety officer.
· Perform all tasks as assigned by Production Manager or other members of the management team.
· Support the ISO program through implementation, adherence to processes, and constant improvement.
· Seek productivity improvements and eliminate wasteful practices.
· Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of ESPRIT Software
· 3 to 5 years shop experience

Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary.
Assists new and less experienced operators as requested.
Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
Must be able to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to frequently stand or walk for prolonged periods
Minimum Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
Prefer a minimum of one year experience as a Mill operator
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage .Expected weekly hours: 40-50. We offer a competitive benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.

Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Prescott, AZ. This position is not eligible for relocation.

What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and perform first article inspections on Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines
Troubleshoot and resolve machine maintenance & quality issues
Ensure production goals & quality standards are met
Work closely with a team to improve processes & efficiency
Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks
Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation
What You Need to Apply:
Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma), GED, or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CNC Swiss machining (MUST)
Machine Expertise: Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC Machines (MANDATORY)
Work Stability: 5+ years tenure at previous companies (No short-term stints or contractors)
Strong communication skills & ability to follow complex instructions
