Completion of a 2 year technical/trade school in machining (preferred). KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be able to read engineering blueprints and planning. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and an interest in learning new skills/technologies required. MUST be well organized, works well with others and flexible. Broad skill set who is not afraid to tackle multiple tasks. Knowledge of tooling speeds and feeds offsets and minor program changes. Ability to prove out programs. Setup, program, and operate two CNC Lathes (Okuma). Perform tool adjustment as required. Work with Engineering to make tooling. Able to use inspections tool to inspect parts.
