Principal Responsibilities:
Coordinates/Directs Tooling Specialists.
Interact with Crew Supervisor, other team leaders, Engineering, and Manufacturing Specialists to assess requirements, develop plans, and provide needed materials and direction for the purpose of assisting tooling specialists to safely operate equipment and meet or exceed the requirements of manufacturing.
REPORTS TO Directly to the Tool Room Supervisor RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsible for placement of tooling orders and related components, securing tooling quotes when necessary
Maintain a monthly physical inventory of tooling, reordering replacement tools as required, to support production
Supports the daily operations of the tool room equipment. Monitor on-going tool quality by maintaining contact with manufacturing (i.e. Crew Supervisors, Manufacturing Team Leaders and Utility Specialist.
Maintain Tool Life Tracking System ? Provide support to manufacturing operations by facilitating problem solving and continuous improvement
Fabricate and repair jigs, fixtures and Marposs verification/end of lot rods to support manufacturing as needed
Support and monitor Tool Receiving and inspection records. Perform inspection of product related tooling as needed
Support training as needed
Assure production readiness of Tool and Die
Support daily/monthly operator PMs

Weld Machine Operator---- Responsible for running various welders and other machines efficiently, inspecting parts, and keeping work areas organized and clean.
Adequately moves finished parts from work center using pallet jack to appropriate location.
Effectively assists in setting up work centers following work instructions and company processes/procedures.
Accurately performs and follows all general machine Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
Assists and provides effective and efficient training to other associates.

This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating the off-loader section of the tube mill on the 3rd shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the tubing is offloaded into the appropriate rack or cart per the customer requirements.
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Hand stack, package or band steel tubing manually into appropriate carts or racks.
· Visually perform quality checks.
· Use measuring devices to measure tubing.
· Technical skill set to perform changeovers and set up.
· Ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and productivity are met.
· Read and follow work instructions to produce tubing per customer specifications.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
