Job Responsibilities: Field Service Technician will have an extensive understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to effectively detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components. Duties include but are not limited to: Traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all CNC machine tool equipment and controls for customer organizations. · Utilizing machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues · Ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation · Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training · Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Job Requirements: Minimum of three years' experience with a machine tool builder or distributor, a factory maintenance technician would also be considered.

Position
This position is part of our Robotics Security Operations Center (RSOC) team and will be assigned to further the security mission within the client's property and airspace. This position will, under general direction, serve to identify and respond to security incidents, threats, and other risks to clients' facilities and employees. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a similar control room or security operations center environment. Primary Responsibilities:

Perform part inspections as necessary to ensure quality of work and continually monitor parts production to ensure adherence to blueprint tolerances using appropriate inspection tools and criteria.

Requirements
Professional and Personal Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience of setting up, proving out, and operating CNC turning, and/or milling, grinding, and gear shaping equipment, including making program edits, tool offsets, and compensations.
Must be able to work independently from blueprints, sketches, oral, or written instructions without supervision or technical guidance.
Must have the skills, ability, and desire to serve as a mentor for shop personnel as needed.
Possess a thorough knowledge of typical shop inspection equipment such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, bore gages, CMM's, and be proficient with all inspection methodologies.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. Role Summary:
Join our 1st shift as a skilled CNC Machinist and machine the tight-tolerance, high-precision parts that make Beck actuators the most trusted in the toughest environments. Working with mentor guidance, you'll set up, prove-out, and run CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and gear shapers; hold exacting tolerances in stainless, bronze, and aluminum; inspect with mics, indicators, bore gages, and CMM using strong GD make edits and offsets; deburr to spec; troubleshoot issues; drive process improvements; run multiple machines; apply Lean principles; and keep flawless records-all in a clean, safe, high-performance shop that keeps power plants, refineries, and critical systems running without fail.
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of a mentor, safely setup, prove-out, and operate CNC lathes, and/or milling machines, grinders, and gear shapers.
Ensure accuracy, revision level and validity of production documentation and inspection tools prior to starting a job.
Perform part inspections as necessary to ensure quality of work and continually monitor parts production to ensure adherence to blueprint tolerances using appropriate inspection tools and criteria.
Responsible for deburring all parts after machining operation to meet required specifications.
Maintain correct daily labor time recording and accurate entries on applicable manufacturing documentation.
Ability to analyze and resolve basic machining problems, and recommend process and tooling improvements.
Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion and perform basic preventative maintenance activities as required.
Perform other general shop duties or assist other departments as business demands require.
Operate multiple pieces of equipment concurrently when cycle time permits.
Maintain all quality and productivity standards.
Promote a positive, professional atmosphere and support activities that enhance the welfare and morale of Beck employees.

Professional and Personal Requirements:
3 - 5 years of experience of setting up, proving out, and operating CNC turning, and/or milling, grinding, and gear shaping equipment, including making program edits and tool offsets and compensations.
Must be able to work from blueprints, sketches, oral, or written instructions and accept guidance from supervision, trainers, and mentors.
Possess a working knowledge of typical shop inspection equipment such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, bore gages, CMM's, and understand typical inspection methodologies.
Good working knowledge and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), metal cutting principles, tooling, and thread nomenclature is required.
Familiarity and understanding of basic Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry calculations.
Possess a working knowledge and the ability to apply the concepts of Lean Manufacturing to achieve continuous production improvements.
Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Must have proven professional qualities including strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work effectively as a member of various work teams.
Must be able to speak, write, and read English and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, method sheets, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. A Machinist works with a team to contribute to production goals and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:
* Set up and run production on all machines while managing tool conditions. Program machines with high complexity, independently utilizing Mazatrol and G and M codes. Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
