Responsibilities:
Write and/or modify CNC programs and instructions for Mill, and multi-axis / mill-turn machined parts utilizing Siemens NX.
Ability to write and / or modify programs for weldments, assemblies and billets.
Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to determine the appropriate machine tool, work holding and cutter selection.
Coordinate program start-ups in manufacturing, assist in troubleshooting and provide recommendations for manufacturability.
Observe machine trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure programs and machinery function as needed.
Skills:
5 - 10 years CNC Mill programming.
Previous experience working in a job-shop manufacturing environment.
Expert hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM and Siemens NX software operation.
An expert level of programming prototype / one off components on 3 and 4-axis mills, and multi-axis mill-turn machines.
Working knowledge of tool path creation, speeds/feeds, cutting tool selection
Professional approach; collaborating with other team members ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and continuity.
High level of competency in all areas of shop math, machine controls, materials, and tooling.

Position Responsibilities:

Manufacture, alter, repair, and maintain molds and dies for injection molding
Perform complex mold repairs and spot shutoffs as required

CNC Machinist - AD Systems - Everett, WA

Primary Function:
The Robot Operations Support is responsible for supporting the daily operations of robotic systems across the lab, including runway setup, robot bring-up, and other operational activities. This role ensures safety compliance in the lab, including adherence to dress codes and proper use of safety equipment.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
Support daily robot operations, including setup, bring-up, and shutdown procedures.
Maintain and enforce safety compliance on lab runways, including footwear, safety glasses, and other personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor and manage operational readiness of robots and associated equipment.
Assist engineers and operators with troubleshooting operational issues.

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal or plastic work pieces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up manual and CNC equipment with limited supervision.
Change cutting tools and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed.
Utilize measuring equipment used in the industry such as calipers, micrometers, height gage and other measuring equipment needed to complete work with limited supervision.
Perform first part inspection and in process inspections.
Ensure all documentation is complete and correct.
Detect and report defective equipment, materials and/or faulty operations to supervisor.

Our Fife, WA location is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mold Maker to join our dynamic team of plastic injection molding professionals. Mold makers are skilled members of our manufacturing operations teams. These technicians will be responsible for the specialized manufacturing and repair of molds and related components in plastic injection molding.
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture, alter, repair, and maintain molds and dies for injection molding
* Perform complex mold repairs and spot shutoffs as required
* Troubleshoot tooling problems on the production floor with cross-functional team of engineers and technicians
* Operate various standard machine tools and mold-making machinery (i.e. mills, lathes, etc.) in the production and repair of injection molds
* Perform welding operations
* Create new tools from raw materials
* Must be able to work in a team environment with limited oversight
* Work closely with engineering to review new and existing tooling designs
* Inspect finished molds for surface finish, size requirements, and defect detection, ensuring compliance with quality standards
