This role involves operating heavy machinery such as D6 and D8 Dozers, Side Booms, Excavators, and Skid Steers in various pipeline construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate heavy equipment including D6 and D8 Dozers, Side Booms, Excavators, Fork Lift, Tag Welding Rig, and Skid Steers for pipeline construction and maintenance tasks. Perform daily inspections of equipment, including checking fluids, greasing parts, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition. Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to perform tasks such as trenching, grading, backfilling, and lifting. Maneuver equipment to safely load and unload materials or equipment at job sites. Maintain proper load securement and balance while transporting materials or equipment. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other operators to ensure smooth and safe operations. Work in various outdoor conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed. Adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines, participating in safety meetings and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices. Maintain daily logs, records, and equipment reports. Assist in general site preparation and cleanup tasks as required. Travel will be expected for this position. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100.) for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Basic understanding of construction & pipeline safety protocols. Valid driver's license.
