SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure company procedures and “best machine practices” are always followed and are in place

Your Role
As the CNC Lathe Lead / Foreman Machinist, you'll oversee a small team of machinists on 2nd shift, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and training expectations are consistently met. Annealing, autoclaving, and nitriding parts to process equipment instructions and monitor furnace to ensure a quality part and proper equipment maintenance.
Test cleaning solutions for specific gravity, alkalinity concentration (titration) and adjust bath as required to bring them into specification.

Your Role
As a CNC Machinist / Programmer, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts to exact specifications. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize setups, reduce cycle times, and maintain the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys both hands-on machining and technical programming challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines
Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code / CAM) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part conformance
Load, align, and indicate parts and fixtures accurately
Perform tool selection and offset adjustments as needed
Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to improve machining processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming proficiency (G-code or CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
Strong understanding of CNC mill and/or lathe setup and operation
Proven ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and hold tight tolerances
Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven mindset
Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed

Your Role
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you'll help bring precision designs to life through setup, programming, and operation of CNC milling machines. You'll work with high-quality materials and tight tolerances to meet the exacting standards that define Master Machining. Every part you produce contributes to our legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate various CNC milling machines
Verify parts meet print specifications using precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings
Perform routine maintenance and tool adjustments on machines
Load and accurately indicate parts to fixtures
Monitor tool wear, load new tools and inserts as required
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and ensure quality output
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of CNC milling experience
Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine setup
Ability to work within very tight tolerances
Skilled in blueprint reading and use of measuring equipment
Excellent work ethic and commitment to precision and quality
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed
