Overview
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for using a variety of tools and cleaning agents, including mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areas.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10 to $11.

Responsibilities
Work from general instructions, specifications and checklists
Able to use a variety of tools and cleaning agents such as mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areas
Disposes of waste and garbage appropriately in designated locations
Daily inspection of areas of responsibility
Maintain exterior of facility such as sweeping parking lots and trash pickup
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
Wash walls, windows, stainless steel, counter tops and woodwork
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
Remove stains, clean and extract carpet
Dust, polish, arrange and move furniture and equipment
Use hand tools or small powered equipment applicable to the work being performed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Employee must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience)
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Access to reliable transportation
Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays dependent on events schedule
Stand and walk for four to six hours at a time
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment

* Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
* Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.

* Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.

Qualifications

Position Summary
The Director, Partnerships & Premium Sales position will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, premium seating, naming rights and hospitality packages throughout the venue. This position will serve as the department head for local operations and be responsible for the sales and service for all corporate partnerships. Compensation will consist of base salary plus sales commissions. This position will be responsible for achieving measurable financial results.
This role pays an annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 and is commission eligible

About the Venue
As a member of our Global Partnerships team, and located in Augusta, GA at the Augusta Entertainment Complex which features the Bell Auditorium and the new Augusta Arena (set to open in 2027), the Director of Partnerships & Premium Sales will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, Naming Rights, premium seating, and hospitality packages throughout the venue. The Oak View Group is looking for hard-working individuals with a passion for live entertainment and a track record of success.
Responsibilities
Work with Regional Director of Partnerships & VP of OVG Global Partnerships to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue for the venue(s).
Responsible for establishing new marketing partnerships to achieve annual revenue goals for the Augusta Arena & Bell Auditorium.
Conduct cold calls as a way of securing appointments to sell to new prospects among local and national companies.
Analyze specific marketing needs of prospects based on partner objectives, market strategies, category potential, activation potential and financials.
Support and work closely with regional management and on-site local management.
Effectively present proposals in front of individuals and large groups.
Leverage your passion and empathy to develop a long-term business partnership between your client and the venues.
Communicate well across all areas of the company including legal, accounting, marketing, community relations and ticket operations.
Work closely with the Box Office, Event Services, Marketing, Catering and Operations teams to ensure that current clients receive superior service and fulfillment of each contract.
Develops sales action plans to ensure hitting budget goals, including new cash partnerships.
Create Premium Packages as it relates to special events, and concerts
Prospect, sell, cultivate, and maintain the corporate sponsorships for the venues in both new and renewal business.
Training of event staff for Premium Seating functions as well as assists suite concierges/ box office staff as it relates to premium seating
Facilitate the execution of Execute all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment.
Responsible for reporting and tracking partnership and premium seating inventory
Create annual recaps for corporate partners, when applicable.
Participate in Servicing corporate sponsorships through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings, etc.
Must be a skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
Create and present integrated marketing packages using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client's objectives
Work and attend events, promotions, and OVG Corporate Sales events.
Work closely with other Directors of Partnership from properties in the region (Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, etc.)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or the equivalent training & experience.
5-7+ years of sales experience with emphasis in major league team sports, larger market media (TV, radio) and/or sponsorship sales.
Proven track record of developing and managing highly strategic corporate partnerships; Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Proven success in establishing and meeting challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
Comfortable managing tight deadlines and meeting aggressive sales goals and expectations.

Position Summary
The Parking Seller / Attendant will have primary responsibility for providing daily parking lot support and operations. Position consists of handling a high volume of cash and credit transactions in a responsible manner.
This role pays an hourly rate of $11.

Responsibilities
* Greet and direct customers entering parking lots
* Assist patrons with directions or event-related questions
* Sell parking tickets and park cars quickly and efficiently
* Accept cash or credit payment. Count back correct change as needed
* Use credit machine with personal identification number and building codes
* Work in a variety of parking locations and positions, maintaining control of your assigned lot
* Document all cars going through booth as assigned
* Follow proper procedures regarding money and ticket reconciliation at the end of shift
* Anticipate and address any trouble situations in your area
* Provide positive and friendly experience to all customers
* Set up and take down A-frame signs, parking cones, and reserved parking signs
* Close and open all parking lot egress gates
* Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients
* Be familiar with ticketing, seating locations, procedures and building policies
* Know general building information and locations of amenities

Qualifications

Overview
The Director, Partnerships & Premium Sales position will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, premium seating, naming rights and hospitality packages throughout the venue. This position will serve as the department head for local operations and be responsible for the sales and service for all corporate partnerships. Compensation will consist of base salary plus sales commissions. This position will be responsible for achieving measurable financial results.
This role pays an annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 and is commission eligible

Responsibilities
Work with Regional Director of Partnerships & VP of OVG Global Partnerships to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue for the venue(s).
Responsible for establishing new marketing partnerships to achieve annual revenue goals for the Augusta Arena & Bell Auditorium.
Conduct cold calls as a way of securing appointments to sell to new prospects among local and national companies.
Analyze specific marketing needs of prospects based on partner objectives, market strategies, category potential, activation potential and financials.
Support and work closely with regional management and on-site local management.
Effectively present proposals in front of individuals and large groups.
Leverage your passion and empathy to develop a long-term business partnership between your client and the venues.
Communicate well across all areas of the company including legal, accounting, marketing, community relations and ticket operations.
Work closely with the Box Office, Event Services, Marketing, Catering and Operations teams to ensure that current clients receive superior service and fulfillment of each contract.
Develops sales action plans to ensure hitting budget goals, including new cash partnerships.
Create Premium Packages as it relates to special events, and concerts
Prospect, sell, cultivate, and maintain the corporate sponsorships for the venues in both new and renewal business.
Training of event staff for Premium Seating functions as well as assists suite concierges/ box office staff as it relates to premium seating
Facilitate the execution of Execute all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment.
Responsible for reporting and tracking partnership and premium seating inventory
Create annual recaps for corporate partners, when applicable.
Participate in Servicing corporate sponsorships through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings, etc.
Must be a skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
Create and present integrated marketing packages using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client's objectives
Work and attend events, promotions, and OVG Corporate Sales events.
Work closely with other Directors of Partnership from properties in the region (Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, etc.)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or the equivalent training & experience.
5-7+ years of sales experience with emphasis in major league team sports, larger market media (TV, radio) and/or sponsorship sales.
Proven track record of developing and managing highly strategic corporate partnerships; Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Proven success in establishing and meeting challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
Comfortable managing tight deadlines and meeting aggressive sales goals and expectations.
Strong professional relationship skills; Ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic relationship with corporate clients, direct reports and co-workers.
Must be a skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Salesforce/KORE (CRM) is preferred
