Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of both the Director of Catering and Concession Manager, the candidate will receive instruction in the planning, scheduling, and supervising of an effective, safe, and profitable food and beverage department. They will assist the Food & Beverage Department and its day-to-day operation for,concessions, premium, and catering.
The candidate will also support the Catering Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Department, including learning and operating the POS system, receiving orders, and assisting with inventory controls and daily stand stocking.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in, as well as prior experience in, the planning and scheduling of employees. Additionally, experience with inventory management and familiarity with the state food safety and state liquor laws pertaining to the storage, handling, and preparation and the dispensing of food and beverages.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Receive products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise
Perform transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Perform physical inventory as needed.
Process requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment, portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.

Position Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for overall booking of services within the venue to include room rentals, audio visual, as well as creating unique dining experiences by directing, selling, up-selling and actively participating in the planning and production of catered functions. Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise banquet servers before, during, and after events to ensure staff stay on task and service timelines are followed.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of banquet or catering experience, including supervisory or lead server role.
* Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred if serving alcohol).
* Current TABC Certification and Food Handler's Certificate are required or must be obtainable and submitted within 30 days.
* Working knowledge of banquet service styles (plated, buffet, tray, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret BEOs, event diagrams, and other information as distributed from management.
