About the Role
We're building our Blockchain Engineering presence in our New York City office to spearhead blockchain technology initiatives and establish foundational infrastructure for our expanding product suite. This is a unique opportunity to shape blockchain engineering practices at a market-leading company while working on cutting-edge solutions that power institutional digital asset operations.
As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be instrumental in the research and integration of blockchain technologies into the Fireblocks platform. What You'll Do
* Research and prototype new blockchain features including Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain bridges, and DeFi protocols

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $177,000 to $230,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
