**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver deployments on time and within budget, while maintaining product integrity.

+ Oversee testing, go-live, and stabilization phases, including first-line support and capability building for terminal staff.
+ Monitor and report on deployment progress, risks, KPIs, and budget status to senior leadership.
+ Support technical execution as needed, including requirements development, design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
**Qualifications & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
+ Proven experience in OT deployments, preferably in port or terminal environments.
+ Strong technical knowledge of TOS, industrial networks, control systems, and software.
+ Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, ALM).
+ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
+ Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work in dynamic environments.
