Your Purpose
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
Process a large volume of inbound and outbound consumer loan-related phone calls from members and co-workers on a daily basis.
Support members and call center, branch and other consumer lending employees with the completion of loan applications; the collection, verification and processing of information contained in loan applications; and the disbursement of loan proceeds to members.
Educate and cross-sell members on consumer loan protection products.
Obtain and verify the required Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) documentation to properly record the credit union's lien on loan collateral.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
High School Diploma/GED required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Salary Range: $20.69 - $28.51

The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. Your Purpose
You will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to existing members in order to cross-sell deposit and loan products and services and promote the credit union as their lifelong financial partner.
What You'll Do
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
Initiate, on a daily basis, a large volume of outbound phone calls to existing members to follow up on referrals and cross-selling opportunities from other departments, branches and electronic channels.
Educate and cross-sell members on the company's deposit, consumer and mortgage loan and debit and credit card product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
Occasionally assist with in-bound member service calls dealing with routine member account inquiries and transactions on an overflow basis.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.

Salary Range: $20.34 - $30.01

Your Purpose

Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Associates degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of work experience in a Manager-level role.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Proficiency with JHA Symitar preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Salary Range: $68,640 - $101,986

Your Purpose

What You'll Do
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding through the talent platform, partnering with managers on role needs, interviews, candidate evaluation for qualifications and culture fit, providing regular updates to support timely, informed hiring decisions, and a smooth new-hire experience.
Build and maintain partnerships with recruiting vendors to ensure alignment on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
Prepare and issue offer letters, and update job descriptions as needed to maintain compliance with Credit Union standards.
Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires coordinating with cross-functional departments.
Represent the Credit Union at job fairs and recruiting events to strengthen the employer brand and attract top talent.
Provide managers with regular updates and reports on recruiting status to support timely, informed hiring decisions.
Recommend and implement process and technology enhancements to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Manage employee leave of absence, accommodation requests, and workers' compensation claims in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Support Human Resources functions including employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Stay current on local, state and federal employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance supporting best practices in Human Resources policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Associate's degree in an applicable field and minimum 8 years of work experience in a similar role or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness.
Aptitude for problem solving and thorough knowledge of Human Resources procedures, policies, local, state and federal laws.
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems platforms, and ability to learn new technical systems.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Salary Range: $70,304 - $93,157 Annually

The salary outlined is based on working in San Jose, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:

Your Purpose
You will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the credit union's relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
Accept a large volume of inbound member phone calls on a daily basis.
Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
Promptly process member transaction requests on deposit accounts, consumer and mortgage loans, debit and credit cards.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
High School Diploma/ GED required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Salary Range: $17.46 - $25.16

The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer.
