Mariano was the first to publicly present on cyber-security risks affecting SAP platforms and how to mitigate them at Black Hat 2007. Since then, Onapsis' research has resulted in critical alerts by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) US-CERT, warning of cyber attacks on business applications in 2016, 2019 and 2020.

He has been invited to lecture at major security conferences such as Black Hat, RSA, SANS, HITB, SAP GRC, SAP TechEd, Troopers, EKO, Sec-T as well as at Fortune 100 companies, security agencies and military organizations. He was the developer of the first open source SAP and ERP Penetration Testing frameworks - sapyto/bizploit - and discovered critical zero-day vulnerabilities in SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft applications.

He has been distinguished by Boston Business Journal as \'40 under 40\', by EY as \'Entrepreneur of The Year 2018\' and by MIT as a \'Top 35 Innovator under the age of 35\', as well as being selected an Endeavor entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has completed executive training programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Experienced Chief Technology Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer and network security industry. Strong information technology professional skilled in SAP and Oracle Applications, Computer Forensics, Vulnerabilities Research, IPS/IDS and Information Security.

Annabel Lewis is a Chief Legal Officer at Onapsis and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as General Counsel at Trustwave, Associate at Hanor & Black PLLC, and Associate at Kadets Law. Annabel works or has worked as General Counsel/Secretary at Singtel Global Investment Pte Ltd and VP, Legal Sr. Managing Counsel at Trustwave. She studied at Pewitt High School, The University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 2002, and St. Mary's University School of Law between 2002 and 2005.

As Chief People Officer Catherine is responsible for scaling the company’s people strategy and operations for sustained hypergrowth while supporting and evolving the thriving, compassionate culture at Onapsis. With nearly 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Catherine brings a genuine understanding of how a thriving company culture can positively impact business performance, a solid track record in hiring and retaining top talent for global organizations and a strong philosophy behind driving company philanthropic efforts. Previously, she served as the head of HR for global functions at Vistaprint where she was responsible for HR initiatives including talent acquisition, experience and engagement, compensation, performance management and HR Operations. Prior to that, Catherine joined Dell Technologies as part of the Secureworks acquisition where she spent six years as the HR leader for a large global business unit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Boston College.

Debi Dowling is a Chief of Staff to CEO and Vice President of Strategic Programs at Onapsis and is based in Greater Boston. She has worked as Vice President Business Operations at acision, Head of Program & Project Management - Internet Services at Siemens, and Head of Risk Strategy at Vodafone. Debi studied at Newbury Institute of Higher Education - UK between 1994 and 1996 and Henley Business School between 1992 and 1994.
