Overview:
The Engineering Mechanic is responsible for performing skilled repairs to the building and equipment and to maintain the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees.
Responsibilities:
Answer all guest issues
Answer all in-house departmental calls
Replace guest unit motor, thermostats, valves
Repair / replace all tub / sink faucets and associated piping
Remove and replace toilets
Replace light bulbs, repair lamps, replace outlets, switches, - guest room and public areas
Repair vacuum cleaners
Work with engineers on all piping jobs
Work with engineers on guest unit replacement
Remove and replace guest unit covers and side panels
Replace, adjust, reset all TV's
Clear all sink tub, and toilet stoppages
Change guest room filters
Replace smoke detector batteries
Remove and install guest room safes, bathroom locks, and closet door knobs
Remove & install hairdryers, mirrors, shower rods, towel racks, iron board and brackets
Repair and /or replace furniture handles
Remove and replace guest locks with security
Remove and re-install clean refrigerators
Remove and re-install black-out valance and refasten black-out shade brackets
Qualifications:
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Significant experience using Autodesk REVIT gained in a similar design-related field. Experience with AutoCAD is also required.

Work in a cross functional team environment, leading and contributing to the PMIC product development
Full custom analog design of blocks such as PLLs, oscillators, bandgap references, LDOs, Buck / Boost, voltage regulators, high voltage detection circuits, ADCs, DACs, high speed comparators, etc.
Provide feasibility studies for size/performance/schedule
Plan and coordinate with verification team to develop models for your blocks and to ensure full validation coverage
Provide floor-planning and support integration of digital & analog circuits at the full-chip level
Work in cooperation with the methodology and CAD groups
Interface between different teams to ensure successful path to production
Coordinate with other stakeholders in identifying needs and improvements
Qualifications
8+ years of Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Experience
PMIC design experience
BSEE required (MSEE/PhD preferred)
Experience of contributing towards several silicon tapeout cycles from spec to mass production
Design experience in CMOS/BiCMOS process is required
Experience working with small geometry BCD processes is a plus
Ideal candidate will have solid understanding of switching regulators, integrated power MOSFETs and drivers, LDOs, precision amplifiers, oscillators, bandgap references, ADCs, DACs, high-speed comparators
Proficient with Spectre and other analog simulators
Experience with Cadence schematic capture
Experience with Linux
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written/verbal communication skills & ability to take ownership
Knowledge of Verilog, Verilog-ams or other modeling / coding languages
Working knowledge of revision control tools such as SOS or SVN

Job Purpose
The primary mission of this position is to lead activities related to equipment characteristic improvement for the Georgia Transmission Plant, Mission Assembly Department. This will be accomplished by performing true root cause analysis of top problems and implementing countermeasures.
Key Accountabilities
Equipment top problem root cause analysis and permanent countermeasure.
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends related to equipment performance.
Identify improvement opportunities for Key Performance Indicators and for cost avoidance/elimination.
Become an expert in a specific area of automation technology (i.e. PLC, Motion Control, Robotics, etc…) Then, train associates on equipment or process changes.
Lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment. (Spare Parts, Procedures, PMs)
Project Management: Define and create scope of design and construction for renovation, upgrade of existing electrical systems, or for build of a new system with a focus on cost control.
Conduct PDCA during design and implementation stage. Create, implement and maintain project schedules and achieve desired results.
Review, verify and approve electrical engineering drawings at the various design completion levels. Work with and manage contractors' activities throughout the different phases of a project.
New Technology: Use manufacturing expertise to support company's development of new processes.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience
Minimum Experience If BSEE, then 0yrs. If Experience only, then 6 years in related field.
