Develop and track performance indicators through effective benchmarking. Ensure that process records and other quality documents are faithfully and timely executed, reviewed, and retained as permanent records. Develop, maintain, and update operations, contingency, and emergency plans. Lead initiatives to continuously improve safety, quality, and operations. Support day-to-day operations. Arrange schedules, deliveries & pickup, communicate with techs, and supervise process fulfillment activities. Fueling of high-pressure H2 storage and transportation systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned to safeguard operations update. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Engineering or related technical fields (MSc preferred). 0-3 industrial years' experience. Experience with principles and operation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, solenoids, filters, and compressors preferred. Ability to train and mentor employees. Strong math aptitude to perform flow, pressure, performance, and meter calculations. Ability to read and comprehend safety data sheets, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Experience with permit-to-work, hazard assessment, and risk management processes preferred. Must be able to work at heights and climb stairs and ladders. Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
