This position will be responsible for building and modifying Polarity integrations, developing automation workflows, and enabling mission users to leverage Polarity at an operational scale across multiple enclaves. The role requires on-site presence at the customer facility in San Antonio, Texas, and will serve as the technical lead for identifying data sources, system behaviors, and integration points needed to deliver net-new capability on the platform. The Field Developer Engineer will interface directly with mission stakeholders to translate operational requirements into actionable engineering tasks, deliver technical outcomes, and support ongoing capability sustainment and expansion. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
