POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the assigned Program Manager, the Transportation Worker provides transportation for our clients in whatever capacity is necessary. Key Responsibilities: Assist with oversight and coordination of day-to-day cleaning projects at multiple sites Fill in for supply deliveries and ensure timely and accurate drop-offs Perform janitorial duties as needed, including floor care, deep cleaning, and maintenance tasks Help troubleshoot issues onsite and report updates to the manager Support with team supervision, quality control, and compliance with safety standards Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and clients as needed Qualifications Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to drive a company vehicle throughout NYC's boroughs Basic janitorial/maintenance knowledge required Floor work experience strongly preferred (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing) Must be able to lift and transport supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs) Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Work Hours: This is a full-time, non-exempt role with flexible hours ranging from 30 to 45 per week, depending on business needs.
