Essential Job Functions: Clinical Care · Conduct psychiatric assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, risk assessments, and treatment planning. · Provide medication management and ongoing monitoring for patients with psychiatric conditions. · Deliver evidence-based recommendations to primary care providers and behavioral health team members. · Provide consultative psychiatric input for patients seen within primary care, including complex or high-risk cases.
