Degree Current CA Optometric License Current DEA Certification The salary wage range that UHC reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire starts at $145,000.00 a year plus bonus. Our competitive salaries are dependent on knowledge, skills and experience. The base pay does not include other forms of compensation and/or incentives.
