As a US FOODS Night Warehouse Selector you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Current Schedule : Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm - until orders complete
What You Bring to the Table
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday.
At times weekends and holidays will required
Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred

Physical Requirements

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $24.00 and $31.00

JOB SUMMARY
Work in a Sysco warehouse and be a critical member of the foodservice supply chain. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community.
* Active, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack, and/or forklift
* Organizing and palletizing product to build customer orders

We are currently seeking a Warehouse II Selector to ensure orders are picked accurate, in rotation, and in good condition for shipment from the warehouse. JD Edwards Enterprise One and RF unit technology will be used during the selection process. Also, Warehouse II selectors perform other necessary functions to facilitate warehouse operations. This position reports to Warehouse Supervisor. This position has no direct reports.
Pay: $16.25-$17.00/ hr + $.75 shift deferential
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Job Function:
• Analyzes pick sheets to determine picking needs.
• Checks inventory information in the computer system to aid in completion.
• Picks individual cases (10-50 lbs.) 20% of the time and pick full pallets 80% of the time with RF unit technology. Majority of picking will consist of full pallet pickings. Case picking may also be required.
• Places items on a pallet ensuring product integrity, stability and safety.
• Picks/stacks Allergen product properly in accordance to our SOP/SQF policy.
• Stacks and wraps pallets appropriately to make it to the end customer.
• Stages completed pallets at assigned dock doors for shipment.
• Loads finished pallets on correct designated trailer.

ROLE SUMMARY
Boshart Industries is currently looking to hire an Order Picker, who is responsible for the completion and accuracy of all orders filled while maintaining a clean, organized, safe and respectful work environment. **Job Summary**
