Outlook Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to be part of our team on 1st shift. This person will provide quality assurance support to the production, customer service, and engineering teams, resolving complaints, defects, and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work closely with the Quality Supervisor to execute a daily plan. Expectations: * Initiate customer complaint investigations * Perform random quality inspections on production lines * Review incoming material COA/COC for completeness and accuracy * Complete internal audits on our quality system * Partner with Ops team to resolve quality issues * Coordinate Quality requirements with production Team Leads * Assist in the creation and implementation of all working, training, and testing of SOP's * Create and validate Certificates of Analysis/Conformance and product testing according to Clients specified product requirements * Work with production to review IR's, investigate root cause, advise short term disposition and to assist in determining corrective action for prevention of recurrence * Assist with inspection and disposition of non-conforming products * Cross train as a backup for other Quality Coordinators * Collect and maintain data for continuous improvement opportunities * Initiate supplier claims on incoming non-conforming materials Requirements: * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) * Excellent verbal & written communication skills * A quick learner with attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills * Experience working in a manufacturing environment accumulating data and creating reports * Knowledge of QA/QC process * Experience determining root cause and corrective action to deviations * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Ability to Make an Impact by being inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Preferred Experience: * Associates degree in Quality, Engineering, or similar field, OR equivalent experience. * Printing experience or knowledge. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for professionally representing Green Bay Packaging while delivering exceptional service to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's production processes and capabilities to ensure accurate communication and effective support. The representative will maintain knowledge of individual customer requirements, manage order entry, estimating, pricing, and address customer complaints promptly and effectively. Responsibilities * Managing multiple accounts/Backing up other team members * Update Customer Service Supervisor for staff meetings * Enter orders per customer's specification. Verify delivery date, quantity, purchase order number and selling price are all correct * Purchase printing plates and cutting dies from approved suppliers * Make print cards and create diagrams with Ardios CAD * Expedite customer order changes with Business Operations Team and with Shipping Teams * Coordinate deliveries with Shipping Teams. Responsibilities We offer two different schedule options for our General Laborers. YOU choose the schedule that works for your lifestyle. * Weekly rotating shift between 1st and 2nd (1st: 6am - 2pm, 2nd: 2pm - 10pm) or * Straight 3rd shift (3rd: 10pm - 6am) The following lists the job tasks and responsibilities that the General Laborer may be performing: * Responsible for correct reporting of time, production, and material usage. * Set up of the machine including preparing materials and retrieving paper from storage. * Using a computer, enter information relating to the production run including job information, measurements etc. * Reports irregularities, maintenance needs and quality problems to necessary staff * Assists crew in running, changing over, starting up and cleaning the machine * Checks raw materials and corrugated paper inventory to what is needed for each production run to ensure shortages are prevented * Accurately use measuring tools to verify dimensions on corrugated board to ensure a quality product * Troubleshoots machine issues and make recommendations on improving the process * Keeps work area clean and orderly * Other job tasks and projects as assigned We are also looking for General Laborers who are self-motivated individuals willing to work safely in a team-based system. Responsibilities * Works safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. * Responsible for correct reporting of time, production and material usage. * Checks paper on hand against what is needed for each production run to ensure shortages are prevented * Reports irregularities, maintenance needs and quality problems to the Team Operations Manager * Assists crew in startup, running, changing over and cleaning up the machine * Setting up and adjusting glue machine * Preparing rolls for roll stands and proper placement based on production schedule * Bring rolls from storage area to machine using roll clamp truck * Using a computer system, sets stacker controls including length, stack count, etc. * Monitor adhesive system for proper operation and quality * Monitor and maintain plant scrap baler system * Using a ruler, verify dimensions on corrugated board to ensure a quality product * Troubleshoots machine issues and make recommendations on improving the process * Keeps work area clean and orderly * Other job tasks and projects as assigned This position requires a self-motivated individual willing to work safely in a team based system. They need to have the ability to schedule their work, prioritize their work load, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A desire for continuous improvement and quality workmanship are required to meet our customers increasing demands. Qualifications * A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Previous machine operations experience in manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. * Candidates must be able to work all shifts including rotating and/or straight night shift. Overtime including weekends will be required. * Good human relations skills and strong verbal communication skills are required. * Work as a team to accomplish daily tasks. The RN Coordinator Utilization Management to review submitted authorization requests for medical necessity, appropriateness of care and benefit eligibility. This position reviews applicable guidelines regarding payment and coverage, and makes determinations for authorization/payment.
