This position will be responsible for driving a wheelchair van to transport non-emergent patients to and from Suvida Healthcare Centers on a part-time, flexible shift basis. This position will also be responsible for the care of vehicles and ensuring maintenance is completed on schedule. The Transportation Driver will also transport patients during day trips by using a handicap-accessible vehicle. Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and fueling of assigned vehicle, as well as documenting, reporting, and/or correcting any deficiencies found during the inspection. Ensures vehicles are taken for maintenance/inspections as per maintenance/inspection schedule. Keeps records of trips, mileage, and accidents. Alerts emergency medical services and clinic staff of any emergency patient may have during trip. Other Duties as assigned.
