The Truck Loading Warehouse Worker is responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. Hours Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. POSITION REPORTS TO: Branch Warehouse Manager COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Hourly position; 401k; medical benefits available, PTO Qualifications: High School Diploma Working knowledge of decimals and fractions Proficient in measuring via tape measure and micrometers Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work safely in an environment with machinery, overhead cranes, and moving equipment Ability to work a full shift on your feet with little stationary time Agility necessary to climb stairs, ladders, and access forklifts and truck beds Medium/heavy manual work involving handling over 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally Tolerance of temperature extremes encountered both inside and outside an open warehouse environment.
