Monitor to ensure that all employees assigned to the line are operating safely. * Document Work Order information (batch numbers, etc.) requiring direct contact with processors. * Document and track direct labor hours, production reporting, and efficiency. * Perform quality checks and associated paperwork with limited support from the QA, warehouse and processing departments * Administer the pocket defect program * Practice GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices) * Handle assembly work when required (example: pack bottles into shippers, palletize, place pumps, etc.) * Train temporary staff in the areas of Safety and Quality. Provide work instruction for temporaries. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities * As the Operational Execution Leader, you will: * Understand status of engineering execution per the IMS with the assistance of the CAMs * Act as Jira co-admin to manage tool for the program * Assess and communicate daily program health using Jira * Collaboratively resolve conflicts with the schedule and workload during program daily management meetings * Proactively communicate with Edison Works Program Control Leadership and assist with MOR preparation * Identify and lead engineering productivity projects * Coach and mentor team at program daily management meetings * Flowdown standard work to Systems team and provide training * Obtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environment Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related discipline. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Machine Operator has the ability to run multiple machines effectively and efficiently on a continuous basis and can identify problems during the production run, position work pieces, and inspect parts on a daily basis using various types of inspection equipment. Job Function: Performs required operations on EDM/multi-axis machines, including loading and unloading of parts, part inspection, electrode preparation and changing; Cleans and performs preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of assigned equipment; Prepares various logs and records to document machine operation and daily production, enters required data into computer; Moves/transports parts to appropriate location as needed; Maintains safe, clean and orderly work areas; Receives, reviews, and /or refers to various records or reports including travelers, SOP, shift reports, safety sheets, etc.; Prepares labor sheets and non-conformance forms; Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals including the immediate supervisor, co-workers, and other shop personnel; Operates wire machine, grinders, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, computer, etc.; Performs related duties as required. Available shifts include: + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential) The Print Band Operator will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the process of pulling parts out of molds after they have been heated and appropriately cooled. This position requires a keen attention to detail and adherence to good manufacturing practices to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality. In this role, the operator will be responsible for several key tasks, including pouring powder into molds, securing the molds to the machine arm, and clamping the molds together before initiating the heating cycle. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a clean work area, identifying and addressing any quality issues, and ensuring that the molds used in production match the specifications listed in our computer system. What You'll Do: + Mold Operation: Load, unload, and maintain molds, ensuring proper cleaning and trimming for high-quality output. + Slitting & Winding: Set up and operate slitting machines and winding equipment to produce precise bands. + Spraying & Painting: Adjust mold sprayers, perform paint prep, and ensure proper application and drying. + Quality Control: Perform inspections, make adjustments, and ensure compliance with specifications. + Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect tools, molds, and machines, and report any needed repairs. + Process Improvement: Support team training, Kaizen initiatives, and waste reduction efforts. + Safety & Compliance: Follow PPE guidelines and handle cleaning solvents per company standards.
