Purpose and Scope: Pack and/or re-packs a wide variety of materials. Verifies the condition code of the item to be packed and reject those not meeting the release order requirements. The Packer is responsible for maintaining the production lines running efficiently and ensuring all product is packaged by the specifications and guidelines. The Packer will have job rotations within their shift that may include manual packaging, sealing product, organizing product into boxes, and putting product on pallets, and operating pallet jacks to move/transport finished product or raw materials to other locations.
