1. Identify areas of used copiers that have salvageable parts or components through the use of diagnostics.
2. Disassemble and remove functioning components from used copier devices for salvaging.
3. Prepare used parts and components for deployment.
4. Manage and maintain an accurate used parts inventory that most effectively limits the consumption of new parts.
5. Manage the parts removal from new product to satisfy field needs following the S-Rob procedures.
6. Assist Technicians in locating parts needed to facilitate field repairs from the used parts inventory.
7. Meet established metrics and benchmarks and comply with procedures and expectations.
8. Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology and equipment.
9. Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and service procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
10. Attend required company and departmental meetings.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by direct manager or supervisor.
QualificationsHigh School diploma and 2+ years of experience or Associate's Degree.2+ years of previous related experience. Sharp, Canon, HP and/or Konica direct service experience preferred.

Essential Responsibilities
Orders any required heavy equipment parts to support field heavy duty mechanics Verifies incoming and outgoing materials Receives, records, and stores equipment and orders using computerized inventory system Supports shipping and receiving activities; assists technicians with loading materials Operates forklifts and lifts heavy items (up to 40 lbs.) Assists in warehouse safety, cleaning, organizing, and waste disposal Counts stock and maintains storage facilities to established standards Builds and maintains relationships with field technicians Practices efficient work methods in accordance with ‘think safety, work safely' mentality in a construction environment
Qualifications
2-3 years of industry experience, preferably in pipeline construction environments Advanced knowledge in CAT and Komatsu related heavy equipment parts preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where needs change based on customer demands Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision Aptitude for learning new software programs (SAP and database software experience considered an asset) Forklift Operator experience is mandatory, Forklift Certification is an asset Full Class 5 driver's license and a clear driver's abstract Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements

To develop and manage accounts by ensuring prompt and courteous service to all customers. Knowledge of engines is needed as these calls will be for engine part sales.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the correct parts required to meet their needs
Answer customer telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
Price and quote parts required by customers
Receive and post inventory for parts orders
Fulfill or Invoice all parts, add shipping and handling costs in a prompt and efficient manner
