* Works under direct supervision of the Packaging Manger in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment operating under Q7A standards.

Summary: Responsible for handling, moving, and storage of materials and product.
Essential Functions
Provide assistance to the department in the day-today operation of moving materials
Ensure all safety features on the equipment are working properly
Stage and segregate product in designated areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements
Timely notification and delivery of receipts to designated personnel
Use moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficient move inventory around the warehouse.
Document movement of materials through a transfer system
Complete daily preventive maintenance checklist on assigned lifts
Monitor inventory by completing counts as required
Package inventory for safe shipping
Assemble containers and crates, packs goods to be shipped and prepares identifying information and shipping instructions
Take inventory, maintains storage area, organizes and places stock on shelves. Ensure area is secure at all times.
Share ideas, improvements and recommendations for continuous improvement to help optimize results to improve safety and quality.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day.
Forklift and pallet jack experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift.
Willingness to work overtime to complete any duties as assigned.
This is manual work requiring frequent sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.

3rd Shift is Sun - Wed, 4X10hr shifts, 8:15 pm - 6:45 am.
All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.

Position: Assembly Packer Stacker
2nd Shift - 4:30 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Thursday- 3 DAY WEEKEND OFF!
Position: Full-time, Hourly- Direct hire!
Pay - $15.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
Reports To - Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Collect and sort products while standing by the conveyor line from machines running at different speeds.
* Operate a machine press.
* Count products to the correct row amounts, according to the pallet specification sheet for the orders.
* Perform visual quality inspections of product and remove non-quality parts to meet quality inspection standards to ensure that only high-quality product is palletized.
* Construct uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags for each unique part number.
* Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
* VOLUNTARY overtime is regularly offered.
Role Requirements:
* Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet individual/position-specific hourly production goals.
* Work collaboratively with PAK members by rotating stations and meeting production goals of several line positions within a shift.
* Meet the company's quality inspection standards.
* Able to stand and lift under 40 pounds or less
* Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment
