Annual Salary Range: $111,589.14 - $122,748.06
Contract: 12-18 Month Training Contract Required Depending on Certifications.
Incentives Include:
Annual scaled salary increases based on merit to a maximum of 156,224.
15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Must Complete Training and Check Ride).
40,000 Retention Bonus (There is a 6 Month Waiting period and This is a 3 Year Program).
Up to 5,000 in Relocation Assistance.
The Pilot in Command is designated as the PIC for a flight or series of flights in accordance to the principles and procedures as required by FAR Part 135. The PIC is responsible for the safe conduct of flights to which he or she is assigned. The PIC is the final authority in the operation of the aircraft and exercises Operational Control on the Tier 2 level as described in Chapter 5 of the General Operations Manual. The PIC supervises the functions of any other assigned crew member during flight as required. The PIC must meet minimum qualifications as specified by Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135.243(b).
Pilot schedules are a rotating 7 days on followed by 7 days off duty assignment. While on duty, pilots serve a 12-hour shift (maximum of 14 hours if operating under Part 135) at the Base hangar in order to meet a 30-minute launch after initial notification of a trip. Pilot shift assignments consist of either a day duty period or a night duty period and are scheduled the month prior by the Base Lead Pilot to provide pilots sufficient opportunity to prepare their rest cycle. Pilots can expect to serve the same duty period during their assigned 7 days on shift and then rotate to the next duty period during their next 7-day shift assignment. Changes to duty periods within a 7-day shift assignment are discouraged but can occur depending on local needs at the Base.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Antonio, Texas.
Must hold, or be able to attain, BE-200PL21 and C-90 PIC Qualification.
Single Pilot IFR experience preferred.
Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
Hold, or be eligible to hold, an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate.
2500 Airplane Total Time Hours.
500 Airplane Multi-Engine Land Hours.
1000 PIC Airplane Hours.
100 Hours in Type.
Must hold or be able to attain a First-Class Medical Certificate.
Must be able to maintain First Class Privileges.
Must hold valid US Passport.
Preferred Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is desired.
Responsibilities:
Complies with the duties and responsibilities contained within AirMed International general operating manual.
Ensures the aircraft is ready for mission in coordination with AirMed's global operations center.
Complies with all applicable FARs and OpSpecs.
Ensures that all pertinent information about flight operations will be disseminated through the operational control structure.
Conducts themselves in a professional manner to include being sensitive to the environment they are in at all times.
Attends meetings when required and may be required to attend training and check-flights outside of normal duty shift rotations.
Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Operations or Chief Pilot
Working Conditions:
Required to work in outside weather conditions.
Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.
Travel required for training events or maintenance assignment
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, balance, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl unassisted for extended periods of time.
Must be able to transport themselves to and from work
May assist with loading patients, lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Purpose of Position
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified PIC candidates for a Gulfstream 500 aircraft based in Bedford, MA (KBED). Note, EJM manages the aircraft but the crew are employed directly by the owner and not EJM. This is a 7-pilot account supported by 3 dedicated Maintenance Technicians flying part 91. The G500 flies approximately 350 hours annually and up to 20% internationally. This account also has a Gulfstream 800 and AW139. Well qualified candidates must live within a two hour drive from BED (this is not a commutable position) and a very strong preference for GV or GVI type ratings and experience.
The Pilot in Command (PIC) holds final responsibility to ensure aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant and efficient manner. The PIC complies with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight:
* Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
* Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment, as required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced tactical pilots to support our DoD contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in military tactical flying, particularly in ADAIR (Adversary Air) and Contracted Close Air Support (CCAS). This role will involve flying critical sorties and conducting operational missions in support of defense initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary flying duties will include ADAIR and CCAS sorties in support of DoD contracts.
Additional duties may include various Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) support as needed.
Conducting missions involving tactical flying qualifications within the defense sector.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards during all flights.
Work collaboratively with other military personnel and contractors to achieve mission success.
Desired Experience/Skills
U.S. Citizenship required; no foreign nationals permitted.
Must hold a current security clearance at a minimum of SECRET//NOFORN level.
Military tactical flying experience:
500 hours total tactical aircraft time and current in Armed Forces Reserve or Guard status, or
1000 hours tactical aircraft time if DoD Retired or Separated, or
1300 hours total time with 300 hours tactical aircraft time for retired/separated candidates.
Previous experience as a qualified DoD flight lead (4-ship for Adversary Air, 2-ship for Contracted Close Air Support) in F- or A-designated aircraft.
Tactical flying qualification within the last 5 years with a US Military Department, foreign DoD equivalent, or a US DoD contractor supporting Adversary Air or Contracted Close Air Support.
Tactical aircraft time in support of ADAIR is defined as flight hours in any Government-owned F-, A-designation, including T-38 ADAIR, T-38 IFF, and international exchange fighter equivalent aircraft while serving as Pilot in Command, Instructor Pilot, or Stan/Eval Flight Examiner.
FAA Class II medical rating.
FAA Commercial and Instrument Rating.
Physical Demands

Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands.
Regularly ascend/descend stairs.
