Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Oversee and maintain the practice's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Independently manage and implement updates, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Take full ownership of practice visibility across Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, and other digital wayfinding tools to ensure accurate location and contact information.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to drive engagement and patient education.
- Create high-quality, brand-aligned content including reels, graphics, and captions to high light the practice practice's medical and aesthetic services, introduce and promote both dermatology physicians and aesthetics providers, and reflect the welcoming, patient-focused culture of Preferred Dermatology Partners.
- Monitor trends, respond to messages/comments, and track analytics to optimize reach and performance.
Practice Promotions & Brand Development
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, new service promotions, and practice announcements.
- Manage promotional materials, signage, and in-office branding.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
Community & Referring Provider Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local physicians, medical offices, and community partners to increase patient referrals.
- Organize and attend outreach events, educational luncheons, and local health fairs.
- Represent the practice in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic services.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and basic analytics tools is a plus.
- Local candidates preferred; must be available for in-person work and outreach throughout North Dallas.

Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.

Job Responsibilities
Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip inspection form.
Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to grip a steering wheel for extended periods of time.
Screening Requirements
Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and provide consent to company for review of driving record(s).
Must pass required drug and alcohol screening(s).
Must complete DOT physical and maintain current medical card.

Essential Job Functions: • Properly map and process specimens, freezing and sectioning specimens per CLIA regulations. • Implement appropriate procedures for staining, tissue processing, embedding, and other assignments. • Efficiently organize, file, log, and able to locate all slides/blocks; dispose of outdated slides/blocks as necessary per CAP/CLIA regulations. • Adjusts personal availability according to volume changes and activity surges. Must have the ability to travel to mutually agreed upon locations to support patient needs. • Ability to function independently and to interact well with doctor, patients and other team members • Operates laboratory equipment according to equipment guidelines. Checks care areas for malfunctioning equipment and general maintenance problems on a regular basis.
