Job Description This role is a skilled role responsible for setting up and running equipment to machine or otherwise fabricate a variety of precision components to specifications by following drawings, work instructions and in-process inspection requirements. 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM - 20% Shift differential in addition to base pay. PAY: STARTING AT $20.00 AND UP Duties and Responsibilities: Operation of various manual and CNC equipment such as CNC lathes, milling and drilling machines, and secondary process equipment to machine or fabricate components for final assembly. Interpret part drawings and process instructions. Measure and inspect part features per drawing to ensure conformance and detect defects using precision instruments using basic gaging and inspection tools (i.e. Dial Calipers, Gage Pins, Micrometers) Recognize and understand nonconformance, work with engineering and quality dept to resolve issues. Record information or data describing work performed or defects found. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including required PPE. Work overtime as required (mandatory at times) by the business. Maintain established standards of quality, productivity & attendance. Able to work in a high-volume production environment.
