Job Description/Responsibilities
Shift is from 5:20pm to 5:30am OR 5:20am-5:30pm, 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $24.00 based on years of experience with opportunity for growth.
Responsible for the operation of the bottle filler and capper, decasing process, and/or case packing operation. The Bottling Technician will be required to safely operate the equipment, troubleshoot problems, changeover equipment, preform quality checks, and basic maintenance tasks. Inspect all raw materials prior to processing. Mark and Cut out defective materials (joins [HTH / M97], start- up sections).
Feed raw materials into machine and ensure that it remains flat, no twists or fold-overs.
Continuously patrol the Mold-in line during production. Check for non-conformance as outlined in documentation.
Monitor cutting to ensure consistent lengths of each piece.
Take S.P.C. samples, measure the length of each, and record the required information.
Maintain S.P.C. traceability records.
Carry out all required testing of product.
Complete changeovers for various sizes and adjust as necessary (flats, glue spray, curl, tension, etc…)
Join ends of materials by heat sealing or with masking tape to ensure continuous running of the machine.
Clean line daily (cutter die/knife, all sensors/eye, surface clean flat areas, remove garbage).
Notify Supervisor/Lead/Maintenance of faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions. Record downtime information.
Ensure established quality standards are maintained for all produced product lines.
Observe prescribed safety rules and regulations. Safety Footwear, Hearing Protection and Safety Glasses are mandatory on the lines.
Keep work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Place all waste / recyclable materials in the proper containers/bins.

Job Description/Responsibilities
Shift is from 5:20pm to 5:30am OR 5:20am-5:30pm, 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $24.00 based on years of experience with opportunity for growth.
Responsible for the operation of the bottle filler and capper, decasing process, and/or case packing operation. The Bottling Technician will be required to safely operate the equipment, troubleshoot problems, changeover equipment, preform quality checks, and basic maintenance tasks. The Bottling Technician will also give guidance on safety, quality, and operations to temporary employees who will be assisting in the area.

The wrap line operator position operates on a rotating shift schedule, which allows for 13 weeks off in a calendar year, not including the use of vacation or personal time! It is a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that allows 24/7 coverage while aiming to give employees extended time off within a cycle. This cycle ensures a balance of work and rest by providing a "built-in" week off every month.
The typical schedule runs on a 4-week cycle, where employees work:
4 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off
3 consecutive day shifts, 1 day off
3 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off
4 consecutive day shifts, 7 days off

Summary/Objective
The Wrap Line operator is responsible for wrapping the rolls of paper after they have been converted, while ensuring products meet or exceed quality standards.
Essential Functions
Operates and maintains equipment for converting and packaging
Uses a forklift with a clamp attachment to move the rolls of paper to and from the machine.
Uses computer system to track production, update inventory and label finished product
Operates Industrial Truck after acquiring proper license
Follows quality requirements to ensure all products meet or exceed specifications
Performs light maintenance that is needed on machine and communicates major issues to the supervisor/shift leader

Work from oral and written instructions to remove burrs, nicks and scratches on parts.
Remove details, drill holes and prepare surface areas for new pins, rivets, shrouds or other details as applicable.
May be required to perform a variety of heat treat operations.
