Raw materials: Notify warehouse or Lead when more material is needed. Make sure that all material delivered to machine is recorded with lot number and pallet number. Return raw material to be loaded on pallet correctly and returned to warehouse. During Shift Operations: Be in the correct position to be able to observe the stitch head and carriers. Continually walk around machine while running. During operations constantly check carriers to ensure that they are properly threaded and there are no crosses. Material is laying properly on machine with no gaps. There is no visible damage or strange noise coming from it. Place roll correctly on pallet (once all rolls are on pallet notify Lead and warehouse to remove the pallet) 30 minutes before shift change make sure machines are clean, creels are loaded, no crosses in material, trash is emptied, all documents are filled out properly, and tools are placed in correct area. Start machine back up until shift change.
