- 10% Shift Differential At the Tilton Facility Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform somewhat diversified duties to support robot operator including but not limited to, blowing off parts between dips, making slurry batches, keeping the sand beds filled, transferring parts for line to line, setting up R1 and R3 with new parts. Assure proper installation and adjustments of molds onto plates and hangers. Checking viscosity of slurries and pre-dip, doing sand bed checks. Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of slurry tanks, sand beds, floor hangers, and plates. Responsible for keeping the robots operational during the breaks and lunch period of the robot operators. Perform plating, deplating, and autoclave operations as required. Responsible for following operational procedures in making slurry batches using recipe detect faulty operations, defective material and report these and any unusual conditions to robot operator.
