Performs or assists with full machine set-ups including transferring programs to specific machines. Responsible for reading, interpreting and performing set up and/or prep instructions. Initiate and maintain accurate paperwork and records as required by job. Meet hourly production goals and facilitate speedy resolution of machine problems as they arise. Responsible for daily clean up of all assigned work areas. Monitor machine line balance to achieve run rates and report to line supervision. Responsible for monitoring, minimizing and reporting machine scrap. Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot functional problems with equipment and make adjustments as required. Completes other duties as requested.
