Load and run quality approved parts.
Check all dimensions and visual aspects of parts as instructed.
Maintain an organized work area.
Follow directions accurately and consistently.
Performs machinist work involving fabrication of specialized parts.
Maintains strict tolerance requirements in the manufacture of parts.
Conduct preventive maintenance on devices and systems.
Records machine data for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
Contacts supervisory personnel when raw product, events or finished products are not conforming to required standards.
Prepares documents as required to perform inventory or audit.
Computes amounts of workload capacity and running time.
Confers and corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and
nonconformance to specifications.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Tracks and uploads appropriate date into MRP program.

Must be able to speak and understand English.
You will load and operate machinery to manufacture semi-finished parts (large composite/plastic matting parts) for assembly.
Essential duties include:
Move parts and materials to and from production or storage areas.
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment for maximum cycle-time efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks.
Keep work area organized and clean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to adapt to environmental changes and working conditions; such as temperature and noise.
