Tasks

Machine Operator Recycling is responsible for operating and maintaining Clean the World's soap and plastic recycling lines. Role Summary:
Responsible for measuring, threading adjusting flange fit, and facing the flange on piece of pipe. Work also includes operation of the machine and a crane to move pipe in and out of machine.

Make the necessary changes to Mandrel, glass guide basket, and UL labels for product changes when necessary.
Adjust the label gun to the date code corresponding to the date.
Load the core tray with core, foil (silver) jackets onto machine table or black jacker onto reel holder, and load insulation into the insulation feeder machine.
Put the jackets on the Mandrel and start the jacket winder.
Operate the Duct Machine.
Roll the product to the bagger when complete.
Maintain area and always keep clean.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Job Description:
Following established procedures and working under supervision, perform a variety of job duties in the packaging. Heavy lifting may be required. Must be able to work on short notice. Must maintain accurate records. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work Conditions:
1) 12 Hour shift. Overtime is required.
2) Environment - Noise levels will be minimal to moderate. Temperature will range from controlled to very warm. Lighting is sufficient. There is a possibility of slippery footing from wet and dry ingredients.

Role
Machine Operator Recycling is responsible for operating and maintaining Clean the World's soap and plastic recycling lines. This role ensures continuous, efficient, and safe production by operating shredders, dewatering presses, mixers, plodders, cutters, and stampers used in the recycling and reforming of collected materials. The operator will be cross trained across both the soap and plastic recycling processes to maximize production output, ensure product quality, and maintain machine reliability.
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
Soap Recycling Line
· Operate soap recycling equipment including mixers, refiners/plodders, cutters, and stamping machines.
· Monitor feedstock consistency and adjust machine settings for optimal throughput and bar quality.
· Inspect and maintain soap recycling machinery, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
· Maintain accurate production logs and follow daily batch production schedules.
· Adhere to quality control and safety procedures during all stages of soap reformation.
Plastic Recycling Line
