Job Summary:

The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

**Summary**
The Machine Operator Level C is responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce parts within dimensional tolerances, using select feeds and speeds based on alloy type, to obtain the best cutting conditions, and producing the longest tool life.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Follow all EHS rules and regulations.
+ Produce parts according to print requirements, and produce tooling, fixtures or other parts using various types of machinery.
+ Measure part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, or other types of measurement.
+ Maintain tools and equipment in good, clean working order to maximize tool life
+ Perform safety checks on every machine, keeping work area clean and orderly.
+ Other duties and projects as assigned by the Production Manager, or Plant Manager.

+ Ability to learn and understand basic machine operation.
+ Ability to focus and pay close attention to detail while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
+ Ability to use or learn to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
+ Ability to learn process for determining and regulating speed and feed rates of machines.
+ Ability to work and communicate within a team setting.
+ Ability to recognize defects, out-of-tolerance measurements and escalating those matters to management.
+ Ability to document measurements and other criteria legibly when required.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ One to three years' work experience.
+ Experience working in a production environment using heavy industrial equipment and/or machinery.

Sheridan is seeking a Bindery Operator 1 to join our team at our Liberty, MO facility. This position is responsible for operating a variety of auxiliary binding machines used in the production of books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines, and other finished products.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate various binding machines containing cutting heads, control surfaces, and other attachments that work with other equipment to produce completed bindery products.
Inspect equipment for safety issues.
Operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) to process collated sheets or signatures through various stages such as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering, and delivering or stacking the finished product.
Make necessary adjustments to coordinate multiple workstations on a single machine.
Direct crew members through all aspects of production.
Monitor quality, output, and productivity.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Working knowledge of setup, adjustment, and procedures for folding, collating, and cutting printed materials to produce a finished product.
Familiarity with different paper weights, sizes, types, and colors, and the ability to identify paper conditions such as excessive moisture or curling that may require adjustments.
Basic understanding of mathematics (i.e. decimals, metric units) to interpret job orders and make necessary adjustments.
Ability to use standard and specialized tools to adjust and maintain the bindery machines.
Skill in using hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, punches, knives) and more specialized tools as provided by the machine manufacturer.
Knowledge of bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, and binding/gluing machines.
